Eco heat pump

What is the Eco Heat Pump?

The Eco Heat Pump is a unique through-wall heater. Using just a 13a supply this 3200w heater can be installed during a new building construction or into an existing application. Supplied complete with flush mounted external wall grille and internal wall mounted controller giving 24 hours 7 day flexible heating control.

Simple wall pad setup & control The wall pad controller incorporates a 24/7 timer with 2 programmable on/off functions per day, allowing room temperature to be set between 16ºC & 30ºC. The unit displays 5 modes (cool, fan, dry, heat or auto) displayed by a different symbol and backlight colour for each mode. The user is also able to control the fan speed setting, use of a boost element for extreme cold conditions, as well as a sleep mode which lessens the number of times the unit would start and stop through the night. A key lock function is provided in order to prevent tampering and unauthorised access to the system settings.

How does the Eco Heat Pump work?

The Eco Heat Pump extracts heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside. It can extract heat from the air even when the outside temperature is as low as minus 10° C. The heat pump then releases the heat energy into the internal room where it can be used for space heating.

Easy installation - all in one unit

As the unit is a complete unit already charged with refrigerant.

A low carbon solution A low cost solution

Reserves of conventional fossil fuels are finite and emissions of Carbon Dioxide and other greenhouse gasses add increasingly to the effects of climate change. Whenever fossil fuels such as Gas or Oil are burnt, Carbon Dioxide is released. CO2 is the principle contributor to the greenhouse effect which is leading to long term climate change.  However the Eco Heat Pump can extract up to 80% of the heating energy from the environment. As a low carbon technology, The Eco Heat Pump can significantly reduce the UK's Carbon Dioxide Emissions.
